Please also review HMA Games’ Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our games and services.

1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the HMA Games Terms of Service. The terms “HMA Games,” “HMA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HMA Games.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, disclose, and share information when you use our games, websites, and related services. It also explains the choices and rights you may have regarding your information.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information processed by HMA Games in connection with our websites, mobile applications, games, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we process Personal Information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and the HMA Games Terms of Service. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before processing Personal Information for specific purposes.

Our Services may contain links to or integrate services provided by third parties. Those third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where third-party services or software development kits are integrated into our Services, we describe the relevant data processing practices in this Privacy Policy where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice or obtain consent.

3.1 Types of Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It

The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with our Services. We may collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our Services, or through third-party service providers and software development kits (SDKs) integrated into our Services.

We collect and process information only where it is relevant and reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, analyze, monetize, and improve our Services, provide customer support, process purchases, display advertising, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The categories of information we may collect and the purposes for which we use them are described below.

3.1.1 Information Collected Directly from You

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use our Services or communicate with us. This may include:

  • Player names, nicknames, or other profile information you choose to provide;

  • Information you submit when contacting customer support or otherwise communicating with HMA Games;

  • Feedback, comments, or other information you voluntarily provide to us; and

  • Any other information you choose to provide through the Services.

Certain information, such as a player nickname, score, ranking, or leaderboard position, may be visible to other players where the relevant Service includes social or leaderboard features.

We do not require users to provide sensitive personal information in order to play our games unless specifically stated otherwise.

3.1.2 Automated Data Collection

When you access or use our Services, certain information may be collected automatically by HMA Games or by third-party service providers and software development kits integrated into our Services.

This information may include:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;

  • Device identifiers, including platform-specific advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where available and permitted;

  • Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, language, and application version;

  • General geographic information derived from an IP address or similar technical information;

  • Game session information, including session duration and frequency of use;

  • Gameplay activity, progression, level starts, completions, failures, feature interactions, and similar gameplay events;

  • Advertising activity, including whether an advertisement was requested, displayed, completed, or interacted with;

  • Purchase-related events and transaction status;

  • Crash logs, diagnostic information, error reports, and application performance information; and

  • Other technical information necessary to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services.

  • App install, app activation, application launch, and other app event information used for attribution and advertising measurement;

We may use analytics and diagnostic services, including Unity services, to better understand how users interact with our games, identify technical issues, measure game performance, and improve our Services.

The specific information collected may vary depending on the device, operating system, privacy settings, applicable law, and third-party services used by a particular game.

3.1.3 Information Submitted Via Services

When you submit information through our Services, such as a player nickname, support request, feedback, or other communication, we may process that information for the purpose for which it was submitted.

For example, we may use submitted information to:

  • Provide customer support;

  • Respond to questions or requests;

  • Manage player profiles and leaderboard functionality;

  • Investigate technical problems or abuse;

  • Improve our games and Services; and

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through player names, nicknames, support messages, or other public or user-generated fields unless it is necessary for your request.

3.1.4 Ad Networks and Advertising Services

Some of our Services display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.

We may use third-party advertising and mediation services, including Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and advertising partners made available through the LevelPlay mediation platform.

These advertising services may automatically collect or receive certain information, which may include:

  • Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers;

  • IP address;

  • Device and operating system information;

  • General or approximate location derived from technical information;

  • Application information;

  • Advertisement impressions, views, completions, clicks, and other advertising interactions;

  • Information used for fraud prevention, security, measurement, attribution, and advertising performance; and

  • Other information described in the applicable advertising provider's privacy documentation.

Depending on your location, device settings, applicable law, and consent choices, advertisements may be contextual, personalized, or interest-based.

On Apple platforms, where information is used for tracking as defined by Apple, we will request any permission required through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before engaging in such tracking or accessing the IDFA.

Where required by applicable law, we or our advertising partners will request appropriate consent before using information for personalized or interest-based advertising.

Users may also be able to manage personalized advertising or tracking through device or operating system privacy settings, platform-provided privacy controls, or other consent controls made available within the Services.

Rewarded advertisements are optional and are initiated by the user in exchange for clearly identified in-game benefits. Declining to view a rewarded advertisement does not prevent access to the core functionality of the game, although the associated optional reward will not be granted.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected through our Services for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our games and Services;

  • To save or manage game-related functionality where applicable;

  • To understand how users interact with our Services and develop new or improved features;

  • To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or other applicable obligations; and

  • For other purposes disclosed to you at the time information is collected.

Where applicable law requires a specific legal basis for processing Personal Information, we process information based on the legal basis appropriate to the particular activity, which may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent where permitted by applicable law.

3.3 Cookies, Similar Technologies, Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising

Our websites may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the websites, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and support analytics.

Our mobile applications may use software development kits and similar technologies rather than traditional browser cookies.

We may use analytics services, including Unity Analytics, to collect information about how our Services are used. Analytics information may include device and technical information, gameplay events, session information, application interactions, progression data, and other information used to understand and improve the Services.

Advertising providers may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising. Where permitted by applicable law and subject to required consent, these technologies may also be used to provide personalized or interest-based advertising.

Users may be able to manage advertising preferences through device settings, operating system privacy controls, consent interfaces, or other controls provided by the relevant advertising provider.

Disabling or restricting certain technologies may affect personalized advertising or analytics but should not prevent access to the core functionality of our games.

3.4 Third-Party Websites, Platforms and Software Development Kits

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services and software development kits ("SDKs").

Third-party SDKs may assist us with functions such as analytics, advertising, advertising mediation, crash reporting, diagnostics, leaderboards, platform services, and in-app purchases.

These third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

We select third-party services based on the functionality required by our Services and take reasonable steps to use providers appropriate for our games. However, third-party services operate under their own privacy practices, and we encourage users to review the privacy information provided by those companies.

The third-party providers used by a particular Service may change over time as we update or improve our technology and Services.

3.5 Third-Party Payment Processing

Our mobile games may offer optional purchases of digital products or features, such as virtual currency, in-game items, boosters, premium content, passes, or the removal of certain advertisements.

Purchases made through third-party mobile platforms are processed by the applicable platform provider. Depending on your device and platform, purchases may be processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store using the platform's applicable in-app purchase system.

HMA Games does not directly receive or store your full payment card number, bank account details, or other complete payment credentials used to complete transactions through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Payment providers process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

4. How We May Disclose Your Information

We may disclose or share information collected through our Services only as described in this Privacy Policy, as necessary to provide and operate the Services, or where required or permitted by applicable law.

This information may include:

  • Your player nickname or game name;

  • Your score;

  • Your leaderboard ranking or position; and

  • Certain game-related achievements or progress where the applicable game makes such information publicly visible.

Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in your player nickname or other information that may be visible to other users.

4.2 Service Providers and Third-Party SDK Providers

We may disclose information to third-party service providers and software development kit ("SDK") providers that assist us in operating and improving our Services.

We disclose information to these providers only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service or functionality. Third-party providers may also process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

4.3 Advertising Partners

Our games may use third-party advertising and advertising mediation services to display, deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertisements.

These providers may include Unity Technologies, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Facebook SDK / Meta App Events, Google Play services, and other advertising partners used by the applicable game.

4.4 Payment and Platform Providers

Purchases made through a mobile platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, are processed by the applicable platform provider.

We may exchange limited purchase-related information with these providers where necessary to process, validate, restore, manage, or provide an in-app purchase.

HMA Games does not directly receive or store full payment card numbers, bank account information, or other complete payment credentials used to make purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

4.5 Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights

We may access, preserve, or disclose information where we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary or appropriate to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, court orders, or lawful government requests;

  • Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of HMA Games, our users, or others;

  • Detect, investigate, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, cheating, security incidents, or illegal activity;

  • Enforce our Terms of Service or other applicable agreements; or

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where legally permitted, we will seek to limit such disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

4.6 Business Transfers

If HMA Games is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, transfer of a game or Service, or similar business transaction, information associated with the affected Services may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to require the recipient to handle Personal Information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. International Data Transfers

HMA Games operates from Turkey, and our Services use third-party service providers that may process or store Personal Information in countries other than the country in which you reside.

As a result, Personal Information may be transferred to, processed, or stored in Turkey, the United States, countries within the European Economic Area, or other countries in which HMA Games or our service providers operate.

Data protection and privacy laws may differ between these countries. Where Personal Information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are used where required.

Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances of the transfer, these safeguards may include:

  • Transfers to countries or organizations recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection;

  • Standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized contractual safeguards;

  • Other transfer mechanisms or safeguards permitted under applicable data protection laws; or

  • Specific exceptions permitted by applicable law where appropriate.

Third-party service providers integrated into our Services, including analytics, advertising, diagnostics, platform, and payment service providers, may process information in multiple countries in accordance with their own infrastructure, privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable data protection laws.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional information regarding international transfers or the safeguards used to protect Personal Information.

6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights and choices regarding the Personal Information processed through our Services.

6.1 Withdrawal of Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process Personal Information, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Where available, you may manage consent through privacy or consent controls provided within the applicable Service. You may also contact us at hudaimahmut@yandex.com regarding your privacy choices.

Certain processing may continue where it is necessary for another lawful purpose, such as complying with legal obligations, maintaining security, preventing fraud, or establishing or defending legal claims.

6.2 Advertising Choices

Our games may display advertising through third-party advertising and mediation providers.

Depending on your device, operating system, region, and applicable law, you may be able to manage personalized advertising through:

  • Privacy or consent controls presented within the Service;

  • Advertising and privacy settings provided by your device or operating system; and

  • Controls provided by the applicable advertising provider.

On Apple platforms, where applicable, you may also be presented with Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission request. Your choice regarding tracking can also be managed through the privacy controls provided by your Apple device. If tracking permission is not granted, we will not access the IDFA or engage in tracking that requires permission under Apple's applicable platform rules.

Changing these settings may affect whether advertising is personalized, but may not prevent advertisements from being displayed.

Optional rewarded advertisements are initiated by the user. You may choose not to view a rewarded advertisement; however, the optional in-game reward associated with that advertisement will not be granted.

6.3 Analytics and Similar Technologies

Where applicable, our Services may use analytics and similar technologies to understand gameplay, Service performance, and user interactions.

Where consent is required by applicable law, you may be provided with controls to manage such processing.

Some technical, security, fraud-prevention, or strictly necessary processing may continue where permitted by applicable law even if optional analytics or advertising-related processing is restricted.

6.4 Communications

If HMA Games sends optional marketing communications by email, you may opt out of those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that may be necessary to provide a requested Service, respond to a support request, or provide important information relating to the Services. For information about exercising your data protection rights, please see Section 7.

7. Data Protection Rights

The period for which information is retained may vary depending on:

When Personal Information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and there is no legal basis requiring or permitting continued retention, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or anonymize the information in accordance with applicable law.

Information processed by third-party service providers and SDK providers may be retained according to their applicable retention periods, privacy policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.

Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual may be retained and used for legitimate business, analytics, research, and Service-improvement purposes where permitted by applicable law.

9. Security of Your Information

HMA Games takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Depending on the nature of the information and the Services involved, these measures may include access controls, secure communication technologies, authentication measures, data protection procedures, and security measures implemented by our third-party service providers.

We also take reasonable steps to select service providers that maintain appropriate security practices for the services they provide.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable measures to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.1 Security Incidents and Data Breaches

If we become aware of a security incident involving Personal Information, we will investigate the incident and take appropriate steps to contain and address it.

Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals, relevant data protection authorities, or other appropriate parties within the applicable legal timeframes.

Any notification may be provided through the Services, by email, through an in-app notice, or by other appropriate means, depending on the circumstances and the contact information available to us.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and HMA Games does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.

In jurisdictions where applicable law provides additional protections for children or requires parental or guardian authorization for certain types of data processing, we will comply with those requirements where applicable.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle that information.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided Personal Information to HMA Games in violation of applicable law, please contact us at hudaimahmut@yandex.com.

Where required, we will provide information about the new purpose before the new processing begins and obtain consent or another appropriate legal basis where necessary.

We will not treat continued use of our Services alone as consent to new processing activities where applicable law requires separate consent.
